Media that Sells

 


While working as Director of Operations for The Business Card Exchange beginning in 2002, Laura Burk-Benson started the brand: Exchange Media.  The Business Card Exchange focused on Business/Advertising Card Placement at various high-traffic venues; Exchange Media focused on Networking, Public Relations, The Exchanger (a Printed Newsletter), and a Website Directory.  Later, the company split and Laura became the owner of her first business, which was renamed "Media that Sells."


The Media that Sells business model, from 2004-2009, was a media buying service for small businesses that selected, Place-Based Media options. (Also referred to as Out of Home Advertising). You may be familiar with the of advertising that is "placed" in front of you.  In fact, you may have seen our client’s advertising banners at local YMCA Family Center, Baseball Fields, Gymnastics and Bowling Centers.
