About Elisa M Camara
Elisa M. Camara was born and raised in West Virginia. She has a degree in Business Administration from Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina, currently works and lives in Orlando, Florida, and is the mother of three sons. She has recently developed a series of patriotic-themed children's books. And she was a top ten finalist for the US Marine Corps Heritage Foundation Award for her book titled American Brother. This book was written to honor her fallen brother, US Marine Sgt. Mecot Camara, and all those killed in the Beirut Bombing on 1983.

East Orlando Chamber of Commerce


Beginning in 2007, I served as an ambassador for the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce; I assisted in selling chamber memberships, found sponsorship and advertising opportunities for members, and helped with event planning.  



At the time I owned the business, "Media that Sells" using my maiden name, Laura Burk.

During this time, I Co-Lead the Women on Wednesday chapter and Co-Chaired the Membership Committee.  An example of one of my presentations is shown below.
